Danielle Bischof
MD, MHS, FRCSC, FACS
Dr. Danielle Bischof is a surgical oncologist at Mt Sinai Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital and an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto. Dr. Bischof completed both medical school and general surgery residency at the University of Toronto. She then completed a surgical oncology fellowship and a Masters in Health Sciences degree in clinical investigation at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
Her clinical interests include treatment of peritoneal malignancies, gastrointestinal surgical oncology including colorectal, appendix and small bowel cancers and acute care general surgery. Her academic interests are medical education and quality improvement. Dr. Bischof is enrolled in the Education Scholar Programme at the Centre for Faculty Development and Education at the University of Toronto.
