Survey: EDI Landscape among Department of Surgery Faculty
A faculty-wide survey has been circulated to all Department members in September 2020. This 10-minute, confidential survey will provide the EDI group with means for measuring the Department’s diverse makeup, as well as barriers and enablers to an inclusive working environment. It will be repeated every three years and continually serve to inform policy reform and cultural priorities.

Our working groups will tailor these modules to specific sites and specialties and introduce this initiative throughout the current academic year.
